Method:

1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and chopped chilli.
3. Saute till fragrant.
4. Add mince chicken and toss together
till chicken is cooked.
5. Add all the seasonings, slice red chilli
and basil.
6. Mix well. Add rice and toss again.
7. Spoon into a serving bowl, garnish with
spring onion and sliced fresh cucumber.
8. Serve with fried egg, chopped bird chilli
and fish sauce on the side.
